Drago's Seafood Restaurant at L'Auberge Lake Charles

Buffet-style dining is becoming a thing of the past, and hospitality brands are making the pivot to more sanitary options. L’Auberge Casino and Resort hired Montgomery Roth Architecture & Interior Design to come in and convert the existing buffet into a new and improved restaurant experience. By transforming the buffet station into an exposition kitchen and turning the salad and dessert area into a large full-service bar, our team came in and gave a dated restaurant concept new life.
